Theatre Gowns and Drapes
Dukefield Procurement worked closely with NHS Wales and their primary incumbent supplier, Medline, to facilitate pricing and service discussions through the Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust PPE, Uniform & Workwear, Footwear, Healthcare garments, Procedure Packs and Associated Services Framework.
Our commercial and supplier engagement expertise helped secure a direct award contract with Medline for a two-year term. The contract provided excellent pricing, confidence in supply continuity with significant value through a compliant procurement route.
Theatre Footwear
To demonstrate the value available through the framework, Dukefield Procurement conducted a free-of-charge benchmarking exercise, comparing market offerings and pricing.
The exercise highlighted strong value from existing framework suppliers and ultimately supported the award of a two-year contract to incumbent supplier Toffeln.
